How does the Bonus Wheel Work

The Bonus X Wheel Spin animation is a reveal of an awarded symbol multiplier. After you click the SPIN button, you must wait for the animation to complete. The end screen will show you what multipler you were awarded and there will be a CLOSE button to return to the app.

If your device or browser fails to complete the animation (you don't see the awarded bonus and the CLOSE button), you can go to the My Stuff - Tickets page of the site to see the number of symbols awarded for each successfully entered ticket. Multiplier bonuses can be determined by looking at the SYMBOLS amount compared to the number of symbols that ticket was supposed to award. If it was a $1 Bonus 5X (#1638) ticket, it should award 2 symbols (1 per .50 in ticket value). If the amount under SYMBOLS is more than 2, you were awarded a multiplier. For example, if the amount under SYMBOLS is 10, then you were awarded a 5X bonus (2 x 5 = 10).
