If the tickets you are entering/scanning generate an INVALID TICKET response, please make sure you check your ticket purchase date, game type and lottery.
You can enter New York Lottery tickets purchased within the current month of all draw game types.
If any of these criteria are not met, you may receive an INVALID TICKET response. If you feel that your ticket meets all the proper requirements and are still getting INVALID TICKET, please email Collect N Win Customer Support with details about your attempted entry, including the type of ticket and the specific error message you are receiving.
