There was a scan only conflict with the latest Android 11 system update. We have released a version of the Android app to fix this issue and it is available for download/install on the NY Lottery Android Install page of the Collect N Win Site.
Follow the steps on that page to install and you should be able to log in and scan your tickets for the promotion.
