We have repaired a bug in the Collect ‘N Win service that may have caused the mobile app to close when you attempted to scan a ticket. Please close and reopen the app once, and try to scan again.

The ticket had been entered originally. The system indicated that I had one draw for collect n win.when I entered the ticket for the draw,that’s when the error message appeared.when I tried to re-enter the ,the system responded..ticket already entered.. .IS COLLECT N WIN STILL IN EFFECT FOR SEPTEMBER?
