Mobile App is not Working

Please ensure that you are updated to the most current version of the app. Please also ensure you have allowed the app access to your camera

If you are still unable to scan please contact Collect N Win Customer Support with the following information about your system:

• What is the EXACT error message you are receiving?
• What specific model phone do you have?

Apple no longer supports the iPhone 5 or earlier. If you are trying to open the app on one of these devices, you will experience the app closing. You may have to use the mobile browser and manual entry of your tickets.

By providing this information we will be able to more effectively troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing and we will respond as soon as possible.

In the meantime you can also manually enter the ticket number on our website. It is the same login information as the app.
